Warming of the Hearts takes place Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern at Zebulon United Methodist Church, 121 West Gannon Avenue. The church’s current flyer advertises free warm clothing and a free lunch of homemade soups and grilled cheese sandwiches.
The community event serves families in need of warm clothing. The host lists coats, sweatshirts, gloves or mittens, scarves, hats, new socks and blankets among the items offered.
People wishing to donate can drop off new or gently used warm clothing at the church November 1–6. Socks must be new. Donation drop-off hours are not published in the checked announcement, so confirm arrangements with the church before taking items over.
