The Town of Wake Forest has canceled the October 17, 2026 Halloween Boo Bash because of inclement weather and a forecast for more rain. The advertised 10 a.m.–1 p.m. festival will not take place.
The town’s cancellation update says Goodies for Goblins trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses will proceed as scheduled. Use the official town page for the merchant list and any further changes.
This notice concerns the Boo Bash festival. It is not a townwide cancellation of Halloween activities. Check each organizer’s own announcement before heading to other events.
